Hi Folks,
IS IT HOT ENOUGH FOR YOU YET?
Interesting thought, as at this time, we have had several over 100 degree F. days. I hope everyone is drinking plenty of water and watching for signs of heat exhaustion or heat stroke. Please take care of yourselves!
In light of the high temps, our July and August Chapter rides have been early morning rides. The September chapter ride will be to the 10th Anniversary of the Chariots of the Hills CMA Chapter. This chapter came out of our chapter and has been doing well, so let's get together and ride out to Pat & Buren Hoffman's to help our friends celebrate this occasion!

10 September - Warriors of the Way (CMA Killeen) Dart Run- Meet at McDonalds Hwy 183 & FM 1431 at 8 a.m.
10 September - Dragonslayer's FF M/C Annual Run and Charity Fundraiser for Austin FF Relief and Outreach fund. TBA.
16 September - Chariots of the Hills 10th Anniversary Party, (NLR Chapter Ride) Hoffman's Home. Meet at The Miller's Home planning on kickstands up at 10 a.m.
16 September - Painted Churches Ride, Randall Riles Dealership hwy 71, Bastrop starts at 8 a.m.
19 September - NLR Officer's Meeting, The Usual Place
20 September - UCOA Meeting, TBA
23 September - J.W. Rock Foundation Fundraiser Taco Plate Fund Raiser, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. at Capuchino's, Austin
23 September - Texas Honor Ride. Start at Lone Star Cowboy Church, Montgomery, TX Reg begins at 8:30 a.m.
24 September - Austin C.O.C. Meeting, 1 p.m., Cindi's Gone Hog Wild, Bastrop
29 Sep - 1 Oct - Taylor Jaycee's First annual Bike Show, J. Lorraine Ghost Town
6 - 8 October - 2nd Annual Motorcycle Run, VFW Post 6974, Benefit to support the TX National Guard Family Foundation. VFW Post 8787, I-35 & Yager Lane.
14 October - Heart of Texas Motorcycle Benefit Ride, Woods Fun Center, I-35 & Breaker.
Guess that's about it for now. Ride safe and don't stress your guardian angels too much. See you on the road or in the air.
